Most advice and steps suggested when going through a life transformation is to make sure to make daily affirmations, and journal, don't forget to be grateful and not allow limiting beliefs to take hold. Geez, that's alot to put into practice, let alone make a habit. Not only do you have to focus on your energy, mindset and visualizations but also your physical body as well. Drink water. Eat healthy, etc. etc. So with all this taking to heart, I tried to create something that would assist myself with my journey and others as well. This journal will allow you to manage what you need to manage, in the pace that you need to. Allowing you to do one task at a time and put into practice what you need to and make or change the habits that you need to. I hope that you find this tool helpful for every and all needs, no matter your background, past, current state or end goal.
